So it is important for everyone to maintain their body, control fat. Fatty body contains so many types of disease’s. To maintain body fat I will give you some tips.

How to Reduce the Extra Fat –
1. Firstly we should know the tendency of our body, so that we can know what we should do and don’t.
2. We should consume a balanced diet.
3. To reduce fat never skip your meals, it can be harmful for your health.
4. Drink water half an hour before consuming meal or after half an hour when meal has been taken.
5. Take 1/3th of spoon Tirfila powder consume it with fresh water in morning it reduces toxins.
6. Over diet, oily food and junk food which contains more calories and fat should be avoided.
7. All fruits are necessary for good health but papaya it must for digestive system.
8. An exercise like deep breathing and early morning walk it is good to maintain a slim body.
9. Green tea & Black tea reduces toxins from the body and black tea is good for heart circulation.
10. In a week one day take only fruits & Liquid diet.

How to gain the weight for persons who are extra slim-
1. Before eating food know whether it is healthy of body or not.
2. Consume food containing more calories like milk, ice cream, ghee, butter, etc.
3. Ashvagandha powder is good for strong bones it contains calcium.
